I drove from Rapid City to Sioux Falls today. I would have gone further, but my maintenance light came on as I was approaching Sioux Falls. So I stopped and got the service done in Sioux Falls.

The Vern Eide Honda service center had a shuttle to the nearby mall and a nice waiting room with free coffee, cookies, etc. And very friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Man, many malls on the west coast are dead (Santa Barbara especially). But they are doing quite well in the Midwest still. This place was bustling.

There was a Hot Topic, don't see those very often. There were about 8 employees (or regulars? it was hard to tell the difference) and either most or all of them seemed to be L, G, B, or T.

It was charmingly anachronistic. There was a picture of Zac Efron from High School Musical in his basketball uniform and some hello kitty pictures labeled "boyfriend fit", whatever that is.
